Brian, I really enjoy your training logs, and I’m looking to increase my totals on bench and deadlift. I would not classify myself as a competing PL but someone who does want to become stonger. I live in Phoenix, AZ train alone and bench RAW, just started deadlifting and love it. I wanted to get some guidance on bench technique (my arch sucks!) and of course deadlifting advice. Can you tell me what your fee(s) would be for dietary (nutrition plan) and bench & DL program for 12 weeks? Thanks
